Omnia has closed a €3.5 million funding round in its pre-seed phase.
The company was born from a simple idea: people are already using AI assistants to discover, compare and decide. But most brands don't know how they appear in those conversations. They have to be in the answers.
That was the starting point that brought Daniel and Miguel together. The question was: how to turn that idea into something real?
A foundation built on learning
Before founding Omnia, Daniel Espejo and Miguel Fernández spent years building and scaling products at some of Europe's fastest-growing technology companies, such as Klarna and GitHub. That experience shaped our approach to growth: not as a series of big leaps, but as the compound effect of small, deliberate steps.
Those steps, thoughtful, consistent, and well-executed, are what have brought us to where we are today.
They turned an intuition into a product, and that product into a trusted platform for brands that want to understand and improve their visibility on AI engines.
They knew the plan was sound, but they had to build the product from scratch. They began working side by side, with only an idea and a couple of computers. That was nine months ago. Today, we are proud to share that this idea, which began as a concept outlined in a two-page memo, has become a company financed with €3.5 million in pre-seed capital.
We are grateful to Visionaries Club, which led the round, as well as Kfund, Baobab Ventures, and an exceptional group of angel investors who have joined the project. Their support sends a clear message: visibility in AI is no longer a topic for the future; it is a strategic priority for brands today.
Building what’s next
This funding marks the start of a new chapter for Omnia. Our priorities are clear:
Product acceleration—Expand Omnia's capacity not only to measure visibility in AI, but also to design strategic actions within generative ecosystems.
Data quality and reliability—Refine how we collect, interpret, and activate AI data, ensuring that every marketing insight is useful, clear, and actionable.
Customer experience—Continue to build a platform that is as intuitive as it is powerful, allowing brands to move with clarity and control in this new discovery environment.
Our goal remains the same: to make AI visibility measurable and actionable for every brand that wants to compete in this new context.
This milestone is a time to give thanks, and also the result of a lot of hard work. We now have the team, the conviction, and the resources to move forward faster, always taking the right steps, one by one.
