Introducing Omnia Credits: How They Work

What credits are

Think of credits as prepaid units for AI insights. One insight costs 30 credits, and each generation deducts that fixed amount from your balance. Prompt monitoring, citation tracking, and ordinary platform use do not consume insight credits. No hidden fees, no complex calculations.

The goal is simple: make the cost of using AI feel as predictable as any other part of your subscription. You should be able to focus on the insight, not on whether triggering it is a sound financial decision.

Why it matters

The honest answer is that cost anxiety is real friction. When you can't predict what something will cost, you end up rationing it. You skip the insight because it doesn't feel "worth the risk." That's a bad place to make decisions from.

Credits are meant to fix that. They give you three things:

• Predictability: You know your budget before you start. No guessing.

What credits cover today

Right now, credits are used for one thing: generating AI insights. One insight costs 30 credits. Everything else you use day-to-day, including prompt monitoring and citation tracking, remains untouched.

When you want to go deeper into your data with AI, that's when credits come into play. Everything else stays exactly as it was.

What's included in your plan

Credits are already part of your subscription. We didn't build this to add a new layer of costs, we built it to give you visibility into what you're already paying for.

Depending on your plan, you start each billing cycle with a credit allocation:

• Growth plans: 150 credits per cycle
• Pro plans: 600 credits per cycle
• Enterprise plans: 1500 credits per cycle

That equals 5 insights on Growth, 20 on Pro, or 50 on Enterprise.

You're not paying more. You're just finally seeing what you were already spending.

If you ever need more beyond your allocation, you can top up in a few clicks, no plan upgrade required, no support ticket needed.

Auto top-up

Auto top-up is optional, but we recommend enabling it. When your balance drops below a threshold you set, the system automatically purchases more credits using your saved payment method. You can cap the monthly spend, so you're always in control. Auto top-up is optional, and you can also buy a credit pack manually.
