Insights is moving into your Omnia Agent

What is it?

Earlier this year, we introduced Insights to condense your raw metrics into a clear suggestion of what to improve. It did that well. But since AI agents arrived, and the Omnia Agent in particular, Insights has been missing the part that actually moves the needle: acting on the suggestion.

That's why we're bringing everything Insights gave you into your Omnia Agent:

1. Same analysis, whenever you ask. Your Omnia Agent reads the same evidence Insights used: share of voice, citations and sentiment, across all your monitored AI engines.
2. Advice that turns into Projects. The moves you pick land on your Projects board with their evidence, ready to start. You can even iterate on them in the same conversation.

What happens to Insights?

Insights works as usual until November 2. From that date, you can no longer generate new Insights. Your existing Insights stay readable until November 9, when the Insights section goes away.

How can I try the new flow?

1. Go to Monitor and open any prompt.
2. Click Want this prompt to perform better? at the top.
3. Review what your Omnia Agent suggests, and turn the moves you like into Projects.
