Omnio does that reading for you: prompts, answers, citation patterns and sentiment, your own site and assets, your competitors, and whatever you've connected, Search Console, Analytics, your prior conversations with it. It also checks the public web.
The openings worth acting on are usually visible only when several of those sources are read together, which is what a single dashboard number never shows you. It's less a dashboard you check and more a team member who read everything overnight and turned up with a plan.
Up to three a day, on a cadence that adapts to you
Before it suggests anything, Omnio checks the last sixty days of what it already sent and your current action plan, so it never re-proposes something you already accepted, finished or declined. What clears that bar has to be material, novel, specific, safe, and worth an actual project.
Most days, Omnio produces 3 project suggestions. But some days it produces fewer or even none. Every suggestion you get has cleared that bar. If the evidence doesn't support one, Omnio won't invent one just to fill the slot.
The cadence itself isn't fixed either: engage with what it sends and it checks in more often, ignore it and it backs off.
The work arrives already started
Each suggestion is one of three kinds.
- A quick informational result: something worth knowing that Omnio already investigated for you.
- An investigated opportunity: a gap or opening researched with evidence, such as closing a competitor's ChatGPT visibility lead, or building coverage for a query where the brand is missing.
- A reviewable proposal: concrete work Omnio has already prepared, such as a draft page, an FAQ block or a content brief, ready for you to review, adjust and publish.
Say yes to any of the three and it opens as a conversation, not a blank page. The context and the evidence are already loaded, often with a first question waiting for you to give a thumbs up or to guide Omnio into a different direction.
Nothing ships while you're not looking
Overnight runs can find the opening, scope the work and prepare the draft, but they can't publish, send, spend or delete anything on your behalf. You review and approve before anything goes out, every time.
