What is Omnia?
Omnia is an AI visibility platform that shows where and how a brand appears in AI search engines, and its Omnia Agent acts on that data with the team's approval. It monitors the answers that ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode give to the prompts a brand cares about, every day, and reports visibility, citations, share of voice and sentiment against competitors.
What Omnia is not:
- Not a chatbot or an LLM. Omnia does not generate answers for the public. It runs prompts in third-party AI engines and measures their answers.
- Not a content-only tool. Omnia Agent can draft and update content, but it works from the monitoring data and asks for approval before anything is published.
- Not a classic rank tracker. Omnia measures mentions, citations and sentiment inside AI answers, not keyword positions in blue-link search results.
Disambiguation. This page is about Omnia, the AI visibility platform at useomnia.com. The name "Omnia" is shared by unrelated companies and products. Omnia Agent is the agent inside this platform, not a separate company. The structured data for this entity lives on every page of useomnia.com. Its typed index is the Omnia Entity Map.

What does Omnia measure, and how?
Omnia measures how a brand appears in AI answers for a defined set of prompts. Every metric can be read per AI engine, per prompt, per country and over time.
- Visibility: how often and how prominently a brand appears in AI-generated answers, measured as mentions over total relevant responses. Read the AI visibility definition and the AI Visibility Score.
- Citations: the sources an AI engine points to when it answers. Omnia records which pages and domains each engine cites, and where competitors are cited instead. See AI citations.
- Share of voice: the percentage of brand mentions for a topic that name your brand, out of all brand mentions. See share of voice.
- Sentiment: how positively or negatively AI answers describe a brand, broken down feature by feature (pricing, support, ease of use...) and side by side with competitors. See AI brand sentiment.
- Competitor benchmarks: the same metrics for the competitors a brand tracks, so each gap shows who appears instead.
A worked example
The figures below are illustrative, not customer data. A team on the Growth plan tracks 25 prompts across the 4 default engines, so one day of monitoring returns 100 answers.
- The brand is named in 30 of the 100 answers: its visibility that day is 30%.
- The 100 answers name brands 200 times in total, and 40 of those mentions are the brand: its share of voice is 20%.
- Engines cite one of the brand's pages in 12 answers, and a competitor's comparison page in 25: the citation gap points to that page type.
- Of the 30 answers that mention the brand, 21 are positive, 6 neutral and 3 negative, and the negative ones are about pricing: that is where sentiment work starts.
Which AI engines does Omnia monitor?
Every plan monitors 4 AI engines by default:
- ChatGPT
- Perplexity
- Google AI Overviews
- Google AI Mode
3 more are available on request, for up to 7 engines in total:
- Claude
- Gemini
- Microsoft Copilot
The pricing page lists the same engines for Growth, Pro and Enterprise. No other engines are monitored.
What does the Omnia product include?
Omnia Agent
Omnia Agent is the AEO agent inside Omnia. It works from the brand's monitoring data in six steps:
- Discover: finds the prompts buyers ask and checks how the brand shows up.
- Diagnose: audits the site along with every citation source it found.
- Strategize: turns the findings into a roadmap ranked by impact.
- Create: drafts or edits pages AI engines cite, each built for a specific prompt.
- Place: pitches publishers from the team's inbox to earn placements.
- Measure: measures and reports the impact of every move, and uses it for the next iteration.
You approve what ships: Omnia Agent asks for approval before it publishes or sends anything.
Project Suggestions
Project Suggestions: Omnia Agent reads the daily monitoring data and proposes Projects with their evidence. Accepted Projects land on one board, from suggestion to Done.
Prompt Discovery
Prompt Discovery finds the questions people ask AI engines about a category, with volume and difficulty signals, in any country and language, and groups related prompts into topics.
Sentiment Analysis
Sentiment Analysis shows how AI models evaluate a brand feature by feature, side by side with competitors, and traces each score to its source.
Omnia MCP
Omnia MCP is a hosted Model Context Protocol server (https://app.useomnia.com/mcp, OAuth). It connects Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and other MCP clients to Omnia data, with read access (visibility, share of voice, citations, sentiment, prompts) and write access (create prompts, manage topics and tags). Setup: MCP docs.
Omnia API
The Omnia API gives programmatic access to the same data for scripts, automations, custom dashboards and data pipelines. It is included on every plan.
How does Omnia tracking work, and what are its limits?
Omnia re-runs every tracked prompt once every 24 hours. It runs prompts in real browser sessions from the countries and languages the team chooses, rather than calling model APIs, so the data reflects what a user in that market sees. The AI visibility tracking page describes the method.
Limits to keep in mind:
- Answers vary. The same prompt can return different brands from one run to the next, from one country to another, and depending on whether the engine searched the web for that answer. Daily data shows tendencies, not fixed rankings.
- Data is daily. Omnia reports one snapshot of each prompt per day. It is not a live feed.
- A citation is not a mention. An engine can cite a brand's page and still recommend a competitor, and it can name a brand without citing any of its pages. Omnia reports both separately.
- Prompts are a sample. Omnia measures the prompts a team tracks, not every question users type. Prompt volumes in Prompt Discovery are estimates.
- Extra engines are on request. Claude, Gemini and Microsoft Copilot are added on request; the default four run on every plan.
- Omnia does not control AI engines. It cannot choose which sources an engine cites. It shows what engines cite and helps the team publish and place content those engines may use.

Who uses Omnia?
Omnia is built for small marketing teams that need AI visibility work done without a dedicated AEO specialist: SEO and content leads, in-house marketers, startups and scaleups. The Enterprise plan covers companies that run AI search as a core growth channel.
Agencies use Omnia to manage several clients from one account: brands are unlimited on every plan, so a plan's prompts can be split across clients. See Omnia for agencies and the Trusted Agencies directory of agency partners that use Omnia.
Use cases include tracking AI visibility, finding buyer prompts, improving citations, creating content and reporting results: see Omnia use cases.
Published results are on the customer stories page, for example how TUIO became #1 in AI engines, how OkTicket became the #2 most-cited brand in AI and how INDYA moved from #11 to #2 in AI visibility in under 7 days.
Where does Omnia fit among AI visibility tools?
Omnia belongs to the AI visibility category, the software side of answer engine optimization:
- Answer engine optimization (AEO) is the work of getting a brand mentioned and cited inside AI-generated answers. Omnia uses this name for the discipline.
- Generative engine optimization (GEO) names the same practice; the terms are compared in AEO vs GEO vs SEO and GEO vs SEO.
- AI visibility is the outcome both measure: how often and how prominently a brand appears in AI answers.
More definitions are in the knowledge base.
Omnia is not the right tool for every team. The Comparison Hub checks AI visibility and SEO tools against the same seven criteria and says when another tool is the better fit. In short:
- A team that only needs classic SEO rank tracking is better served by an SEO suite or rank tracker; see Omnia vs Semrush.
- Enterprise teams with a dedicated AI visibility operator and a custom contract often choose enterprise platforms; see Omnia vs Profound.
- Monitoring on a small budget, without an agent that acts on the data, fits budget trackers; see Omnia vs Otterly AI.
